I'm coming to realize that, I'm going to be very busy....but I'm hoping I'm not going to wear myself out. Working full-time job is way different, I mean I really have only had part-time jobs in the past...working a 40 hour week is def. a change of pace for me and you can add about 5-6 hours of driving tack on the 40 of working. I actually really enjoy my job or maybe I enjoy it cause I know I am going to make good money for my age. It's very repetitive but anyone could probably tell you that if they work on phones. I'm very lucky that I've only had a couple calls where the customer has gotten angry because of something that he should just have read before he called us. Now I know how the teleservices people feel! Although my job is imbound not outbound, thank gosh! Otherwise I don't think I would like it. It's amazing how many people just call in and then expect us to tell them everything about the card...well yes I understand we still need to sell it, but we can't be on the phone with each customer for 15 mins each tryin to explain all the details, because they DO have all the information in front of them! I think they figured if we wait 10 secs to give them our "instant decision" button instead of reading right when we get it...it would cost of 70,000 missed customers each month to our 3rd party vendors! Isn't that crazy!? well neways enough about that....
I just started my first classes at USD today. I decided to move back to part-time for school and STAY there at least for this semester. Working 40 hours a week, and at nights really takes away alot of time to do school work. So I'm taking business stats and Calculus and then my online class of Accounting II...wow thats alot of numbers and math! Should be interesting! But I'm up for the challenge! Other than school and work nothing has been going on. It's great to see my friends back here! I def. missed them and Hopefully i can make enough time to see them and hang out this semester! We have a couple times already and it feels good to be around my close friends again!
Bad news...I've been feeling a lil under the weather, i think it's just my immune system trying to tell me "Whoa Katie, what are you doing to me!? I'm not use to all this" cause really I didn't do much this summer and now here I am working 40 hours and school on top of it, and my sleeping pattern is all messed up!!!
hmmm what else can i say...on random...anyone listen to Imogen Heap, maybe you heard the song "Hide and Seek" well neways, just one of my new fancies, very relaxing music to my ear. But I'm off to bed, got class in the morning and then I'm going to work for 4 hours tmr afternoon since I really don't have anything else to do!!!

Hang in there, you'll get used to the schedule eventually! Just have to give yourself a break every now and then.
Hey is your business stats and calculus with Dr. Asaithambi? I'm taking it as a 520 foundations course for my MBA, because I never took Calculus! So most of it is a review, the stats and algebra part...but i'm a little worried about the calc. Maybe we can do homework together online? :) I have two books for the class--Calculus for Business, Economics, Life Sciences, and Social Sciences and Business Statistics a First Course. Let me know! Hey jon, do you have a blog??? neways um i dont have class with Asaithambi, I have Business Stats with Diego Salazar, he's been here at usd for 27 years now, from columbia and has a very strong accent....my calc class is Survey of Calculus and thats with a guy name Gamble, he's weird....for my business stats i just got a book that is titled Statistics for business and economics, which is a two semester book, for Stats 220, and 320...then i got my calculus boook the same as you for business, economics, life sciencesm, and social sciences!! Soo it look like we have calculus together soo we will have to do that!!! Anyways hope to tal kto you soon! I don't know when ill have time since i go to class in the morning and then i leave for work till 2:15 and dont get home till midnite! Miss you much!! much love
