Well School is over! Thank God, and now I'm having a nice 2 week break before I start summer session, Ugh why do I push myself to take classes during the summer..(Who does that!?) I finished out my sophomore year at University of South Dakota...I must say it wasn't that horrible, even though back during Christmas I was wanting to transfer, and yet it still crosses my mind.. I like the school (sort of) but the area is just so dead. I think my days where I didn't have school work consisted of sitting around, watching movies or tv...or TRYING to find something to do in this lil' town...or we try to get enough money together to pay for gas and get out of Vermillion and go to Sioux City of Sioux Falls..oh what fun trips....So right now I'm trying to get caught up with classes for my major..I switched to Businness Management in Jan. and I'm trying to pull ahead so I can get accepted into B-School in Fall '08..I might be pushing it a little bit...and I guess the schools really hard to get into :S So I'm also nervous! Anyways I finished out a tough semester and I'm hoping things will go better this summer and next! ENOUGH BOUT SCHOOL!! Now to the good stuff.
On May 11th, I moved out of my tiny dorm room...boxed piled high of random junk. (i didn't know one person could have so much stuff in a little space, and I had a room to myself). I was preparing all my packing to go about a mile down the road to my very 1st apartment!! YAY! I'm living on my own Woot Woot...oh wait....bills...rent...no cable...cant afford it...haha...no it's not that bad, I like having my own place..I feel very homey already. I'm living in a one bedroom apartment by myself..and its quite nice!! Soo here are some pictures for those you like to see visuals!!

Entering the bedroom..its pretty small...but i just have a fullsize bed and my computer desk in it...the closet is big enough to fit all my clothes soo thats a PERK!! :) oh and i had a back door..which leads to an alley..soo i can have a lil grill out there! yummy steaks FINALLY!

Soo I'm sure this pictures take up alot of space...but hey now u have had a virtual tour of my apartment!!! Anyways its 11:30pm now and im tired!! And now that I have my blog up and runnin again I will most def. start blogging alot more!! Hope everyone is ready for summer!! :) I know I am!!

Congrat's on your first apartment! How fun! Hey I took classes in the summer for like, 3 years straight (or more, can't remember)! Anyway, it's tough, but you gotta get through some how! Glad to see you're posting again!
I have to say, pretty nice pad for a college student...must have some help being independent from the 'rents! HEHE! I know how it goes. I don't know if I could live in that small of a space again! But I have to say, it's a perfect little pad from what I saw when we stopped in.
I felt the same way about my first apartment...it's nice to have your own space! Good to see you blogging again, hope to hear more from you this summer.
